A reflexology session with myself begins with a chance to share how you’re feeling—physically, emotionally, or in any way that feels relevant to you. If this is your first treatment, I’ll carry out a thorough health consultation to ensure reflexology is safe and appropriate, and to help me understand where you are in your wellbeing journey.
In subsequent sessions, we’ll talk about how things have felt since your last treatment. This helps me tailor each session to your needs and ensures you feel supported throughout.
The treatment begins with a gentle foot massage, followed by ankle rotations and breathing exercises to help you relax and connect with your breath. I then work on both feet (or hands or face, depending on the treatment area), using a range of reflexology techniques and paying particular attention to areas where I detect tenderness or crystalline deposits.
You may notice some sensitivity in certain areas, along with tingling sensations elsewhere in the body. While some points may feel more tender than others, the overall experience is soothing and deeply relaxing.
The session concludes with a calming massage, followed by gentle breathing techniques to leave you feeling grounded and restored.
